I received updates with photos as my sectional was being crafted. I got to see the hardwood frame come together. How many furniture manufactures will do that? Delivery was prompt and effortless. There was no middle man between them and myself. Now I have a sectional that I love and will last a lifetime. Most importantly I now have a custom-crafted piece of furniture at price I was told just didn’t exist.
